Each Jacob Madani creation is crafted with the highest standards of quality, is rigorously verified before shipping, and is nestled in protective boxes and sturdy packaging. However, on rare occasions, it may accidentally happen that a default occurs.

Jacob Madani only accepts returns caused by a manufacturing defect.

What is a manufacturing defect?

Handmade products may possess natural characteristics such as light color irregularities, small imperfections on the leather, and marks coming from the handmade manufacturing. Thus, for a return, the defect must be obvious and make the shoes unwearable and lose their overall harmony. It is essential to distinguish a natural imperfection from a manufacturing defect before considering a return request.

How to request a return

To request a return, contact us at with a picture of the item as well as details of the defect.

How to return the item

Once the return is accepted, we provide you with a shipping label to return the piece. The shipping charges and expenses for return are covered by our brand, including any taxes and customs duties. The item must be unused & unworn and sent back in intact state with tags in its original packaging.

As soon as the item is received, a quality control is made to verify its integrity and compliance with our return policy.

How does the refund work?

If the item is accepted for a return, a full refund in “Store credit” only will be processed in the form of an E-Gift card.

Can customized shoes and belts be returned?

Due to the unique nature of our Made To Order process, we only accept returns under rare and specific conditions. We only accept returns with obvious manufacturing defects and if the product is intact and has never been used. Please refer to “How to request a return” for further details on the return procedure.

Shoes and belts with incorrect sizes cannot be returned. To ensure there is no mistake in the measurements, it is strongly recommended to use our Manual Measurement instructions under this link.

Before ordering, make sure to look at the images on different devices as the pictures shown on the Website can be different from the final creation in terms of texture and color.

Cancelation & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our unique made to order methods, once your order is paid for, the production process begins. Our orders cannot be canceled since production has started.

The changes and modification requests are approved if they are received within 24 hours after checkout. Please contact as soon as possible to inform us of the modification.

All items on sale or sample pieces are a final sale are not subject to any exchanges or refunds.
